Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for leading field operations on large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects. This role oversees workforce management, project execution, safety, quality, scheduling, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing large crews and complex low-voltage/structured cabling installations within active hyperscale data center environments.
Responsibilities
Lead all field operations for hyperscale data center projects, including staffing, productivity, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
Manage and supervise field teams, foremen, subcontractors, and project personnel.
Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the internal stakeholders, general contractors, and hyperscale clients.
Drive project execution to meet deadlines, budget targets, and customer expectations.
Conduct daily site walks, quality inspections, and safety audits to ensure compliance with project standards.
Coordinate manpower planning, material management, logistics, and installation activities across multiple workstreams.
Review project progress, job costs, change orders, and operational metrics to maintain profitability.
Attend construction meetings and proactively resolve site issues, schedule conflicts, and technical challenges.
Promote a safety-first culture while mentoring and developing field leadership.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience managing large-scale construction, telecommunications, or low-voltage projects.
3+ years of experience in a Superintendent, Construction Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
Direct experience supporting hyperscale data center construction projects (Meta, Google, Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, etc.) is required.
Strong background in structured cabling, fiber optics, network infrastructure, or mission-critical construction environments.
Proven experience managing large field crews (50+ personnel) and coordinating multiple subcontractors.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required by project demands.
