Full job description
Our client, a global organization supporting international assignments and domestic relocation, is seeking a Global Mobility Analyst to join their team. As a Global Mobility Analyst, you will be part of the US Global Mobility and Domestic Relocation department, supporting day-to-day transfer data operations and key mobility projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage priorities in a confidential, fast-moving environment.
Job Title: Global Mobility Analyst
Location: Arlington, VA
Pay Range: $24 - $25/hr on W2
What's the Job?

Support day-to-day transactions including setup of employee files and initiation of vendor services
-
Enter international transfer information into multiple databases to ensure accurate mobility records
-
Assist US Global Mobility members by responding to questions related to international transfers and vendor activity

Participate in internal audits and escalate issues when necessary to maintain compliance and data integrity

Calculate, prepare, and process payroll documentation (including loans and W4s) and maintain tracking reports using Microsoft Office Excel
What's Needed?

Above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and comfort working with tracking reports

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high data quality and consistency

Process-oriented expertise with time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
-
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
-
Previous experience with SAP HR preferred, along with analytical and problem-solving skills and strong written and verbal communication

Work within a structured FT schedule (8am - 5pm) in Arlington, VA
