Job Summary and Qualifications

Summary:

Scheduling appointments and registering patients to support the clinical practice. Provide excellent customer service and complete a variety of duties associated with daily operations. This position will be assisting with patient referrals and registration, in our Outpatient Therapy Clinic, Monday-Friday days.

Job Qualifications:

• Required Education: High School diploma or GED

• Responsible for Insurance Verification and Authorizations for a fast-paced Multi Clinic Therapy Practice

• Strong Multitasking skills are required

• Experience with Insurance Terminology required

• Required Experience: One year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting.

• Preferred Experience: Two year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting. Experience working with practice management software including scheduling and registration.
