Job Description

Scope of Position: Regional Pricing will work to develop business opportunities by preforming daily task in operations, pricing and new business development of Project Cargo Services. Expeditors Projects consist of ad hoc heavy and over dimensional cargo, capital equipment and EPC opportunities. Major Duties and Responsibilities This person will serve in a business devolvement, pricing and operational capacity. Responsibilities will include the following for operational task:

  • Pricing & customer development support.
  • Work with various products, carriers and service providers to capture the best logistics solutions, transit and costs.
  • Prepare execution plans and transition pricing to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal procedures as well as all government regulations.
  • May require travel.
  • Accurate and timely bid & quotes to internal & external customers.
  • Customer service & relationship development.
  • Vendor negotiations & relationship development.
  • Overseas communications.
  • Self-development - 52 hours of required training per year.

Qualifications

Skill and Knowledge Requirements:

  • 5 + years’ experience in International Logistics.
  • 3+ years' Project Logistics handling overweight, over dimensional cargo.
  • 2+ years' Project Logistics Pricing & Negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge in Export and import regulations.
  • Strong project cargo logistics management skills.
  • Confident communication skills, including oral and written skills.
  • Exceptional organizational & time management skills.
  • Possess a strong sense of customer service and adaptability.
  • Ability to handle daily tasks and projects independently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
