We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer with 0-3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of residential and commercial projects from concept through construction.

You'll collaborate with experienced architects and project teams to develop creative, functional, and technically sound design solutions while building your professional skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of residential and commercial projects.

• Produce architectural drawings, construction documents, and presentation materials.

• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using industry-standard software.

• Participate in site visits, field surveys, and project meetings.

• Support project teams with code research, material selection, and project coordination.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

• Revise drawings and documents based on project feedback and client needs.

• Maintain project documentation and organization throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

• 0-3 years of architectural design experience, including internships or co-op experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Lumion, or similar visualization software is a plus.

• Strong design, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rehoboth Beach, DE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
