Job Description Summary

This role reports to the Operations Leader and is responsible for supporting business growth initiatives, including support of Capacity expansions, safety improvements, Lean, Cost Out and Productivity projects and overall manufacturing improvements.

Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with EHS team to identify processes or equipment that can be improved to eliminate safety hazards.

  • Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new products, tools, or equipment.

  • Specify and procure new equipment and tooling needed to meet production, quality and growth requirements.

  • Develop and implement VCP projects and be accountable for successful completion.

  • Support NPI and TOW projects, and related equipment.

  • Team with production to identify processes or equipment that can be automated or otherwise improved to leverage productivity.

  • Utilize Lean tools and methodology to drive innovations and improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,

  • Two years of manufacturing experience.

Additional skills preferred:

  • Lean manufacturing experience

  • OMLP Graduate

  • Bi-lingual (English-Spanish)

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Ability to build relationships within the company at all levels and with customers and suppliers

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
