Summary
You will serve as a PRODUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES TRAINING DIVISION of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Duties
- You will plan, determine, and coordinate production training services required to support the Production Department.
- You will conduct studies that involve recommending changes to training schedules; training records; coordinate improvements to training and work process problems and initiatives; and support production training plans and initiatives.
- You will serve as senior point of contact for all training scheduling issues and requirements related to production training programs.
- You will recommend and schedule training for various trade personnel, various professional and administrative support personnel involved with executing ship maintenance and repairs.
- You will Initiate and maintain accurate training and qualification records for production personnel.
- You will provide advice and guidance to ensure understanding and compliance with production training program requirements.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating, planning, and coordinating the execution of training services (e.g. training schedules & records management, work processes improvement, and initiatives) to identify weaknesses and strategically provide solutions to a naval vessels production training program.
