Job Description
The Production Planner is responsible for the daily planning, follow-up and optimization of the demand required to support the production deliverables. Main responsibilities will include:
Coordination and optimization of production workflow for one or multiple production areas Analyze production factors such as capacity, cycle time and urgencies to ensure production plan achievement Determining man power and equipment to cover production demand Developing standardized, custom reports as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Support the team in capacity modelling and production analysis. Support additional ad hoc projects, initiatives, and business needs as they arise.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 3-year experience or equivalent Organized, results-driven with great problem-solving skills Excellent communication and computer skills are very useful for the role Working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office and ERP systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to forge ties and build relations between colleagues Rigor and attention to detail Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite Must be bilingual (French and English) (written, read and spoken).
