Overview:

An Insight Global client has a role open for a Senior Sales Services Specialist in Houston, TX. This individual will support the setup and ongoing maintenance of automotive dealer programs, agreements, rating structures, and product information. They will work closely with field teams, dealers, Legal, and IT to ensure dealer accounts and F&I products are accurately configured within internal transaction systems. This role requires strong critical-thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail, as errors within dealer program setups can create significant financial exposure. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting automotive F&I products, dealer operations, contract administration, or captive reinsurance programs.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process dealer agreements and product addendums Set up dealer information, pricing, and rating structures within internal transaction systems Maintain accurate dealer records and account information Coordinate dealer setups, product changes, document updates, and product launches Partner with Legal and IT on system configurations and documentation Prepare dealer rate sheets, class schedules, plan codes, declarations, and related matrices Track and report on outstanding dealer agreements and addendums Support dealer, agent, field team, and customer inquiries Coordinate product materials, contract updates, and vendor data files Maintain procedure manuals and other operational support materials Participate in process-improvement initiatives

Skills and Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in automotive F&I, dealer operations, sales support, contract administration, account services, or a closely related field Experience preparing, reviewing, or processing contracts, dealer agreements, or account documentation Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple dealer setups, documentation requirements, and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills High school diploma or GED Captive reinsurance experience Experience supporting automobile dealers or automotive ancillary insurance products Knowledge of GAP, vehicle service contracts, or other F&I products Experience configuring dealer programs, rates, plan codes, or product structures within a transaction system Experience coordinating with Legal, IT, vendors, or field sales teams
