The General Production Labor position provides hands-on support to production operations by performing a variety of manual and production-related tasks as assigned. This role supports product flow, quality, and efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies, food safety standards, and procedures in a fresh food manufacturing environment.

Job Description: This position is responsible for maintaining the glazing machine and formulating the glaze. The Glaze Operator checks the glazer at the beginning of each shift and throughout production to ensure proper operating condition. The operator will formulate and mix the glaze prior to the production run and monitor its flow into the glazer, making adjustments as necessary.
