Joining our SOC/IP team in Taiwan, you will work on SoC projects and IP development, playing a key role in advancing technology.
We are looking for a Design Verification Engineer (RDSS Intern) to join our Multimedia IP team in Taiwan. You'll work on the development and verification of the latest multimedia IP in our GPU and SoC chips. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in the full design verification flow, including developing verification environments and verification plans, creating and debugging test cases, building checkers and coverage, running regressions, and analyzing functional and code coverage. You'll work closely with design and architecture teams to understand specifications, identify corner cases, debug RTL issues, and ensure high-quality IP through comprehensive verification. You'll also have opportunities to work with industry-standard verification methodologies and technologies such as SystemVerilog, UVM, assertions, functional coverage, and simulation-based verification. In this position, you'll make a real impact in a dynamic, technology-focused company while contributing to our world-class GPU and SoC technologies.
What you'll be doing:

Collaborate closely with Architect, SOC, and IP teams to define the scope of verification.

Engage in meticulous test planning to ensure flawless execution.

Apply C/SV/UVM methodologies to verify builds at both block and full chip levels.

Contribute to the development of world-class verification strategies and processes.

Determine and solve complex verification challenges to compete in a fast-paced industry.

Work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, driving ambitious projects to successful implementation.
What we need to see:
-
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Proficiency with AI Agent and AI-enabled automation workflows.

Fundamental knowledge of digital build principles.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to strictly adhere to verification protocols and methodologies.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Hands-on experience in building or integrating AI agents to automate and improve engineering workflows, such as code generation, debugging, verification, or data analysis.

Experience in writing C++/SystemC models.

Proficient scripting skills in Python, Perl, TCL, Make, and shell.

Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing complex verification strategies.

Proven track record of competing in high-stakes engineering projects.
