Our client, a leader in the Financial Services & Insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Functional Technology Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Functional Technology Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting business and technology initiatives, helping to drive digital transformation and process improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, aligning well with the organization’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

What's the Job?

Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery.

Gather, document, and validate business requirements to facilitate effective solutions.

Coordinate with business, technology, and operations teams to align project goals.

Track project risks, dependencies, actions, and milestones to mitigate issues.

Assist in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment.

Internship or academic project experience is preferred.
