Job Description

The Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting, analytics, and data integration solutions that support informed decision-making across the Bank. This role partners with business leaders to understand reporting needs, transform data into actionable insights, ensure data quality and governance standards, and continuously improve reporting processes and technologies. The position plays a key role in supporting the Bank's evolving data strategy, including modernization efforts such as data warehouse migration, advanced analytics, and AI readiness initiatives.

Build, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and scorecards using business intelligence and reporting tools. Partner with business teams to understand data and reporting needs and translate them into practical solutions. Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance insights. Support customer depth and churn analysis while coordinating with marketing and business leaders on retention initiatives. Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, and data integration processes that support reporting and analytics. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve reporting, database, and data integration performance. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards across reporting solutions. Document reports, data sources, and development processes to support long-term maintainability. Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve efficiency through technology and process enhancements. Support system upgrades, data warehouse modernization efforts, and future AI-driven analytics initiatives.

This opportunity will pay $60/hr based off skillset and experience.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in business intelligence, SQL development, data development, analytics or similar job duties.
• Advanced experience developing reports, dashboards and data solutions using Microsoft Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, database development and data integration.
• Strong understanding of data visualization, reporting and business intelligence development practices.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies preferred.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
