Experience performing electromechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and systems. Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and other assembly equipment. Experience with soldering, crimping, wire termination, and connector installation. Ability to perform continuity checks, basic electrical testing, and troubleshooting using multimeters or similar test equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions and manufacturing processes. Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs and work in a manufacturing or laboratory environment. Experience building test stations, test fixtures, or laboratory equipment. Prior experience in an aerospace, defense, aviation, or electronics manufacturing environment. Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001). Experience supporting prototype, R&D, or low-volume/high-mix manufacturing builds. Experience troubleshooting electrical or electromechanical systems. Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret bills of materials (BOMs). Experience using oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment. Prior experience supporting engineering teams with product development, integration, or validation activities. Active security clearance or ability to obtain one (if applicable).
