  • Design scientifically valid metrics and analytical methodologies using appropriate baselines, historical data, statistical testing, sampling, and experimental/test design.

  • Process large and complex datasets and develop code or scripts to automate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis.

  • Review Quality Assessment Framework (QAF) documentation for completeness, accuracy, technical rigor, and compliance with applicable analytic tradecraft standards.

  • Develop and apply statistical methods to evaluate AI system performance, robustness, fairness, and reliability.

  • Design and execute TEVV protocols and analyze results to identify system performance improvements, deficiencies, and areas of risk.

  • Conduct audits and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Produce graphs, charts, tables, metrics, written assessments, and other analytical products documenting findings and recommendations.

  • Communicate and brief complex quantitative findings, analytical results, and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.

  • Master’s degree with at least 20 years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated experience applying advanced statistical and mathematical theories and methods to complex intelligence, analytical, or technical problems.

  • Extensive experience developing statistical and mathematical models, computational simulations, performance metrics, and quantitative analytical methodologies.

  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical testing, sampling, experimental and test design, baseline analysis, and performance measurement.

  • Experience processing and analyzing large, complex datasets and developing code or scripts to automate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis.

  • Ability to develop, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, deficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Experience reviewing technical and analytical documentation for accuracy, completeness, methodological rigor, and compliance with applicable analytic tradecraft standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex quantitative findings through graphs, charts, tables, metrics, written assessments, and briefings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
