What We’re Doing

Our most advanced radar systems are designed by our Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS) team and we are looking for highly talent individuals, like yourself, with a passion for RADAR and Electronic Warfare Technology. We provide surface, air and undersea solutions, including radar and surveillance systems, undersea combat systems, and surface combat systems and sensors.

Who You Are

As the TPY-4 Electrical Hardware Lead, you will be responsible for the overall electrical performance of all TPY-4 radar systems. You will be the primary technical POC for all electrical issues identified in the factory and with subcontracted components.

Factory following support of all radars TPY systems during integration and test. Working with manufacturing engineering to identify root causes of electrical issues, determining solutions and implementing changes.

Vendor management including: specification, SOW, PCD support.

Requirements verification, test plan and reports review

Presenting design documentation for customer and team reviews.

10+ years of experience with troubleshooting electrical issues on radar systems

Expertise working with vendors on subcontracted designs

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field.

  • Experience with troubleshooting electrical issues on complex radar systems

  • Experience working with commercial test equipment including signal generators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Security clearance.

  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of TPY-4 radar system

  • DC & RF testing

  • MatLab knowledge

  • Experience leading design projects

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
