Sr Integration Project Manager

Job Description

The Senior Integration Project Manager will lead key workstreams supporting the integration of a new client into the organization's ecosystem. This role requires a seasoned project manager who can bring structure, clarity, and leadership to complex cross-functional initiatives spanning areas such as Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and other business functions.

You will partner closely with workstream leaders and subject matter experts to drive alignment, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of integration objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship builder who can navigate diverse stakeholder groups, influence without authority, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.

This position is ideal for someone with deep project management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead complex initiatives while fostering collaboration across multiple business functions. There will be roughly 40% travel to locations in the New England area.

• Successful integration of a new client across key business workstreams
• Strong alignment, accountability, and collaboration among workstream leaders and stakeholders
• Clear project governance, documentation, reporting, and communication processes
• Effective management of risks, dependencies, and integration milestones
• Improved cross-functional coordination and operational efficiency throughout the integration lifecycle
• Delivery of integration objectives on time and within established business goals and expectations

Skills and Requirements

7-10 years of Project Management experience managing multiple integration workstreams in HR/Operations/Finance/IT, etc. Experience with mergers and acquisition projects, managing both sides of the acquisition Experience working heavily with C-Suite and executive suite Willing to travel 30%-40% to the New England area Transportation or Logistics industry
