Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Roofer's for a projects located in and around Tallahassee, FL . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $45/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are Journeyman Roofer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:

Remove existing asphalt shingles and roofing materials
-
Prepare roof surfaces for new shingle installation
-
Install waterproofing materials and edge protection systems
-
Install flashings and starter strips
-
Perform shingle placement and alignment
-
Complete ridge cap and finishing work
-
Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Requirements:
-
Experience tearing off and replacing asphalt shingles
-
Knowledge of roof preparation and waterproofing methods
-
Experience installing flashings, starter strips, and edge protection
-
Ability to properly place, align, and cap shingles
-
Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding work
-
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
-
Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
