The Foundation Relations Coordinator position exists to perform project management, data analysis, reporting, research, and administrative duties.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Coordinates foundation pipeline, ensuring all deadlines are met on time
-
Maintains quality of constituent data in the Salesforce database
-
Coordinates mailing projects through project management software
-
Prepares letters of inquiry for mailings
-
Provides administrative support to the Manager of Foundation Relations
-
Generates reports for foundations
-
Reports on all foundation activities
-
Researches potential foundation funding sources
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Character/Spiritual:

Personal Characteristics:

Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task; flexible with time management; be able to change tasks as needed

Emotionally resilient and capable of handling pressure with an appropriately cheerful attitude
Knowledge/Experience:

Associate’s degree preferred in related field
-
Project management experience preferred
-
Proficient in computer programs
-
Experience using Salesforce, Monday.com, or project management software

Pay Range: $21.37 to $25.12
