What you'll be responsible for Design execution

  • Create polished, on-brand design work across campaign, acquisition, CRM, social, performance, event, and BAU marketing assets.

  • Turn marketing and product briefs into clear visual concepts that are easy to understand and strong enough to stand out.

  • Maintain strong standards of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and visual consistency.

Project and stakeholder management

  • Manage multiple briefs and priorities, often within tight timelines.

  • Take briefs from marketing managers, clarify requirements early, flag blockers, manage feedback constructively, and meet agreed deadlines.

AI-powered creative workflow

  • Use AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Nano Banana, Magnific, Runway, Figma AI or similar tools to support creative development.

  • Experiment with AI to generate visual explorations, moodboards, references, image directions, illustration routes, video clips, and asset variations.

  • Apply AI thoughtfully to scale creative work across markets, formats, and channels without compromising brand consistency.

Who are we looking for

  • Past experience creating digital, social, CRM, performance marketing, and brand campaign assets.

  • Strong sense of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to create polished, mobile-first creative across formats and channels.

  • High proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Willingness and curiosity to explore AI-powered creative workflows, and use them to improve speed, quality, and scale.

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, B2C digital products, or a startup / high-growth company is a plus.

  • Illustration ability is a plus.
