Job Details: The Marination Attendant Labor team member is responsible for supporting the marination process by preparing, monitoring, and maintaining marination equipment and ingredients used in poultry production. This position plays a key role in ensuring products meet Tyson Foods' quality, food safety, and customer specifications. Team members must work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accurate product handling and process controls. Essential Functions:

• Prepare and mix marinades according to established formulas and production specifications.
• Monitor marination equipment to ensure proper operation and product flow.
• Load ingredients, seasonings, and additives into marination systems as directed.
• Verify correct product weights, marinade levels, and processing times.
• Inspect products throughout the marination process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate production and ingredient records as required.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and adjustments of marination equipment.
• Follow all food safety, quality assurance, USDA, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Clean and sanitize marination equipment, workstations, tools, and surrounding work areas.
• Report equipment malfunctions, product concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Work closely with production team members to maintain efficient product flow and meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
