Master Scheduler
📍 Minnetonka, MN | 🕒 Full-Time | 🏭 Onsite Monday-Friday (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

We are seeking a Master Scheduler to drive production planning, optimize inventory levels, and ensure customer demand is met through effective scheduling and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do
As the Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, inventory planning, and workforce requirements to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and on-time customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain master production schedules based on customer demand and historical trends

Coordinate workforce planning to support production requirements

Partner with purchasing to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained

Communicate delivery schedules, priorities, and schedule changes with customer service teams

Ensure accurate ERP/MRP transactions and system integrity

Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control processes

Collaborate with engineering on the creation and maintenance of production bills of materials (BOMs)

Monitor products throughout the manufacturing lifecycle to ensure on-time completion

Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives

Support additional operational planning activities as needed
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
-
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Syspro experience highly preferred
-
Strong background in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and manufacturing operations
-
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively coordinate across production, purchasing, engineering, and customer service teams

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.86/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
