Position Highlights

Qualifications

Required

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible to practice in Minnesota

  • Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in diabetes management, endocrinology, primary care, or a closely related specialty

  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills

  • Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate patient care

Preferred

  • Board Certification in Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) and/or significant experience in adult diabetes management

  • Experience in endocrinology practice

  • Experience managing patients utilizing insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and advanced diabetes technologies

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range $105,000 - $160,000 based on experience. RVU Production Pay incentives.
