Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Marketing Consultant remote opportunity. Responsibilities for Marketing Consultant include but are not limited to:

Manage marketing enablement, CRM, campaign operations, MarTech, and marketing data activation activities within a complex enterprise environment.

Translate marketing and campaign activation needs into clear business, data, and technical requirements, while communicating system capabilities and limitations to stakeholders.

Support and oversee CRM data flows, data structures, taxonomy and tagging, audience segmentation, offers, pricing and eligibility outputs, and campaign performance data.

Validate data readiness, accuracy, completeness, and quality before campaign activation and identify potential data or process issues.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve data, system, and process gaps by partnering with Marketing, Technology, Data, and other cross-functional teams.

Coordinate and influence cross-functional stakeholders to address issues, remove roadblocks, and drive projects through resolution without direct authority.

Prepare and maintain intake templates, business and technical requirements documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and marketing activation playbooks.

Ensure marketing activation processes follow appropriate data privacy, customer consent, regulatory, and compliance requirements, escalating risks when necessary.

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure campaign requirements, segmentation criteria, offers, and eligibility rules are accurately understood and implemented.

Monitor activation processes and campaign-related data to identify quality issues, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Provide clear communication on project status, requirements, technical constraints, issues, and resolutions to business and technical stakeholders.
Candidates for Marketing Consultant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
-
5+ years of experience in marketing enablement, CRM/campaign operations, martech, or marketing data activation in a complex enterprise environment.
-
Proven ability to translate marketing activation needs into clear data and technical requirements and explain system constraints to business stakeholders.
-
Strong conceptual understanding of CRM data flows, data structures, taxonomy/tagging, segmentation, offer, pricing/eligibility outputs, and campaign performance data; no coding required.
-
Experience validating data readiness and quality and troubleshooting data or process gaps across Marketing and Technology teams.
-
Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority and independently driving issues to resolution.
-
Experience completing intake templates, requirements documentation, operating procedures, and activation playbooks.
-
Working knowledge of data privacy, consent, regulatory/compliance risk, and appropriate escalation practices in marketing activation.
-
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Have Skills:
-
Experience with Snowflake, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related CRM or martech platforms.
-
Experience activating personalized promotional offers in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
-
Familiarity with fair lending considerations and governance for customer, offer, pricing, and eligibility data.
-
Experience operationalizing a prebuilt marketing framework and improving campaign time-to-launch, data quality, or rework.

Knowledge of campaign measurement and performance-data feedback loops.

Pay Details: $84.51 per hour
