Full Time

Position Description

The Facilities Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Facilities department. This position assists with day-to-day facilities activities, including administrative tasks, receptionist and mailroom support, processing requests and invoices, coordinating deliveries, maintaining records, and supporting the overall needs of the department. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with employees, vendors, and other departments to help ensure facilities-related activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established processes and procedures.</p>\n

Training

Requirements

Bachelor\u2019s degree or five years of relevant administrative experience.; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and general standard office equipment.; Strong organizational, time-management, multitasking, prioritization and attention-to-detail skills.; Ability to occasionally lift or move packages or materials up to 50 pounds.; Capable to work independently and collaboratively while following established processes and procedures.; Ability to perform routine office and mailroom activities, including sitting, standing, walking, bending and reaching.</p>\n
