Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for our clients' corporate teams in PA. This is a contract position will focus on identifying and attracting strong talent across Accounting, Finance, and Marketing while helping maintain a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. The ideal candidate brings a proactive search approach, sound judgment in evaluating resumes, and the ability to navigate candidate conversations with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate openings across Accounting, Finance, and Marketing, managing a steady workload of multiple active requisitions.

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify candidates with relevant experience through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

• Review resumes and candidate backgrounds to assess fit, experience, and overall alignment with hiring needs.

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, market challenges, and candidate profiles for open positions.

• Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience at each stage.

• Support select onboarding tasks to help new hires transition smoothly into their roles.

• Negotiate offers effectively while balancing candidate expectations with established compensation parameters.

• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within the applicant tracking system.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.

• Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness.

• Strong sourcing capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying talent for corporate roles.

• Proven skill in evaluating resumes and recognizing candidates with strong potential and relevant experience.

• Confidence in offer discussions and negotiation conversations with candidates.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and maintaining organized recruitment records.

• Background in agency or staffing recruiting is preferred, but not required. TalentMatch®
