Secret Embedded Software Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Secret cleared Embedded Software Engineer within Missiles and Fire Control division. The engineers will perform requirements analysis, design, develop, implement, test, integrate, and maintain embedded real-time C++ software and Data Distribution Service (DDS) middleware software for missile programs to work on-site full-time.

Skills and Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in:

• Computer Science

• Computer Engineering

• Electrical Engineering Experience

• Active Secret Clearance

• Real-time embedded C++ development

• Embedded software development

• Hands-on DDS (Data Distribution Service) middleware experience

• Device Driver development experience

• Software integration and testing experience

• Embedded systems experience Preferred Environment

• Defense

• Aerospace

• Weapons Systems

• Avionics

• Mission Systems Linux Operating Systems RTI DDS Jira Confluence GitLab Agile development Software architecture experience Distributed systems
