Full job description
Description
The WW Amazon Private Brands (APB) Detail Page team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own intelligence, analytics, and experimentation for the Detail Page.
This is a newly created role within a team that defines the quality standards, design systems, and quality mechanisms governing how millions of product pages look and perform for customers. Our production partners handle day-to-day content execution; this team focuses on what "good" looks like and how to measure, validate, and continuously improve it.
You will be the analytical and AI-native counterpart to the team's creative and standards leaders — translating their hypotheses into testable experiments, building the data infrastructure that powers quality decisions, and deploying AI agents that automate judgment currently done manually.
Key job responsibilities
Defect-Free Detail Page Reporting & Root Cause Analysis
A core part of this role is building and owning the reporting and analytics that drive defect-free Detail Pages at scale. You will define and operationalize the metrics that measure Detail Page quality — connecting content quality data, production execution data, and customer signals (conversion, return rates, bounce rates) into a unified performance view. You will run root cause analysis deep dives when quality issues are identified, tracing defects back to their source (content standards, production gaps, tooling limitations, or process breakdowns) and recommending systemic fixes rather than one-off patches. You will own the weekly business review for Detail Page quality, building automated data pipelines so the team operates from real-time signals rather than manual reporting. You will prepare data-driven narratives for monthly and quarterly business reviews, ensuring leadership has clear visibility on quality trends, root causes, and the impact of interventions.
AI Agents & Automation
You will own the development and deployment of AI-powered mechanisms across the Detail Page team. This includes building and deploying AI agents (e.g. a Detail Page Quality Agent) that automate quality judgment currently done manually, and owning the data and analytics layer — building dashboards, automated alerts, and reporting that the team currently lacks capacity for. You will partner with Science on scaling the team's quality assurance model and competitiveness metric development.
Insights, Research & Experimentation
You will build the testing muscle the team currently lacks — designing and running controlled experiments and weblabs to validate whether standards changes (imagery, layout, content format) actually move customer metrics. The standards owners define the hypothesis; you design the experiment, run the test, and deliver the result — which either enters the playbook for scale or gets reverted. You will build a repeatable experimentation pipeline and own the experimentation roadmap so standards evolution is data-validated, and surface insights that close the loop between what we think works and what customers tell us works.
About the team
The WW APB Detail Page team defines the quality bar for Detail Pages across all Amazon Private Brands. We own content standards, design systems, quality detection mechanisms, AI tooling strategy, and product variation strategy. We don't produce content — we define, measure, and continuously improve what "good" looks like, then hold our production partners accountable through data and mechanisms. Our mission is to deliver defect-free, competitive product pages at scale through AI-native operations.
