Master Trainer
Compensation: $35 - $42/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

This position is part of a new franchise in the Huntsville & Decatur areas with an anticipated soft opening of 12 October 2026.

What You’ll Do
-
Lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
-
Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
-
Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
-
Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
-
Ensure utilization of GYMGUYZ software applications and compliance with GYMGUYZ branding standards
-
Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership

Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
-
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
-
Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction
What You Bring
-
Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
-
CPR/AED certified (required)
-
3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
-
Proven success in client results and team mentoring
-
Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
-
Sales and field marketing experience preferred
-
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-
Desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing, team-focused group
