In this role, you will have responsibility for the full product life cycle, from product strategy, prioritization and development to adoption and optimization with global customers and global sales and account management teams. You will own and drive high visibility programs and be at the forefront of retail media industry evolution!

We are seeking a Technical Product Leader to lead the end-to-end advertiser experience, including advertiser adoption, campaign management and optimization, advertiser performance, and insights across all Amazon surfaces (Console, Bulksheets, APIs, Attribution and Reporting) , including go-to-market and partner integration. In this role, you will spearhead the definition of new capabilities through product and business requirements documents and coordinate complex product initiatives across internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features. You are at your core a builder. You must have a high level of comfort with ambiguity, a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges, and ability to effectively influence across organizations. You work backwards from customer needs, dive deep into data to understand the opportunities and issues, and drive product development to deliver those needs by working with cross-functional teams. You develop Voice of Customer Programs, and inform product strategy based on customer segment expertise, senior decision-maker engagement and sustained adoption across large customer bases. You are fluent in technology alternatives, evaluates proposals for extensibility, foresees long-term architectural consequences.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities and write new proposals to help us drive advertiser demand growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fast-paced, challenging projects, experiment with new possibilities, and take calculated risks to launch new advertiser experiences.

  • Define, present, and align long-term vision and strategy to leadership.

  • Define 3-5 year strategic roadmap, bold bets, and tenets to what and how to build the product

  • Define and create new customer experiences across customer surfaces (e.g, API and Console products).

  • Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute your vision.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, operations, legal, finance, customer service, sales, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • You own advertiser adoption, retention, ad-revenue, ROAS, reach, efficiency and usability metrics to help make data-driven decisions for product strategy.

  • You drive VP or SVP level communication, own operational planning and define customer experience standards.

  • Leverage your analytical skills and work independently under tight deadlines.

  • Throughout, you will internalize Amazon’s Leadership Principles, and apply into everyday practice to guide your programs to success.

Amazon Retail Ad Service sits within Amazon Ads and is building the infrastructure that enables retailers and commerce media companies to run their own ads business powered by Amazon's proven technology. Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience owning data-centric products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

  • Knowledge of ad technologies (e.g. DMP, CRM Matching, etc.)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
