Whether recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, our Sub‑Acute Rehabilitation Unit provides compassionate, goal-oriented care in a warm, community‑focused environment.

We are now hiring Per Diem RNs and LPNs with flexible commitment levels of 16 hours or 32 hours, offering all shifts, days, evening, nights, weekends. Ideal for nurses seeking flexibility without sacrificing the ability to make a meaningful impact, these roles allow you to balance personal and professional priorities while working with a dedicated, mission‑driven team.

Your Impact As an RN (Registered Nurse): You will apply the nursing process to diagnose, plan, and deliver high-quality care for residents with varying needs. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive admission assessments
  • Interpreting clinical and psychosocial data
  • Developing and communicating individualized plans of care
  • Educating residents and families on care and services
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team

As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse): You will deliver hands-on clinical care under the direction of an RN, including:

  • Administering medications and monitoring IV therapy
  • Assisting with treatments and procedures
  • Collecting resident data and contributing to care planning
  • Providing emotional support to residents and families
  • Ensuring safe, high‑quality care in accordance with policies and standards

Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Current NYS RN license
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or diploma from an accredited nursing program

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Current NYS LPN license

LPN Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour RN Pay Range: $44.00 - $47.00 per hour

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
