How you’ll make an impact in this role
-
Lead Operations: Direct denial management and appeal strategies to maximize revenue recovery.
-
Prevent Denials: Analyze rejection trends and partner cross-functionally to fix root-cause billing issues.

Specialized Payer Strategy: Apply deep Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care billing knowledge (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care) to resolve payer disputes.

Track Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators to improve denial rates, appeal success, and net revenue.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:

Accountant preferred.

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
