• Manages internal and external resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develops and implements project plans, timelines, and budgets for AV setups and operations.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Oversees the setup, operation, and strike of audio, video, and lighting equipment for events.
• Ensures the proper installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AV systems, including displays, projectors, video conferencing equipment, and control systems.
• Maintains an inventory of technical equipment and ensures it is in good working condition.
• Provides technical support and training to team members and clients.
• Communicates effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Solves problems and addresses issues that arise during project execution.
• Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Stays updated on the latest AV technologies and industry best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• In-depth knowledge of AV equipment set up and technical uses. [Required]
• Experience with some or all of the following – audio mixers, microphones, PAs, projection, stage lighting, data display, LED wall systems, video switching, audio recording and video cameras. [Required]
• Experience with Mac and PC Operating systems and software. [Required]
• Experience with Presentation Software. (PowerPoint, Keynote) [Required]
• Experience managing others [Required]
• Great customer service skills with positive energy [Required]
• Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills [Required]
• Strong teamwork skills required [Preferred]
• Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships [Preferred]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Work Experience:

Pay Range:

$66,830.40 - $124,300.80 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
