Description
The Private Wealth, Transition Operations Specialist supports the Transition Manager in executing the onboarding process for Private Wealth Advisors and advisor teams (individuals and teams). This highly visible, and critical role is responsible for managing the detailed end-to-end transition of new colleagues and their books of business, operating with speed, accuracy and high attention to detail. The individual understands the overall transition process, as well as the individual steps involved, and can proactively problem solve to address the unique needs of a particular team and navigate seamlessly.
This position serves as a white-glove, concierge-style resource for incoming advisors and their teams, helping deliver a positive and seamless onboarding experience while partnering closely with key stakeholders across the organization. Travel is required to support advisor onboarding and transition activities.
Primary Responsibilities Include:

Collaborate with the Transition Manager to define and execute plans to onboard experienced Private Wealth Advisor teams.

Coordinate with key stakeholders on the status of all prospects/candidates throughout the transition process.

Contact candidates to collect required documentation and support onboarding requirements.

Provide advice and best practices to ensure a consistent, scalable, and repeatable transition process.

Work to organize technology, systems, tools, and operational readiness prior to Day One onboarding.

Act as a resource on firm policies, procedures, and onboarding requirements.

Shepherd the end-to-end onboarding process for newly hired Wealth Managers, advisor teams, and their clients.

Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level onboarding experience focused on ease, responsiveness, and exceptional service.

Partner across multiple business lines to ensure a seamless transition experience for advisors and their books of business.

Travel as needed to support advisor transitions, onboarding events, and relationship-building activities.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
-
Series 7 and 66 strongly preferred
-
Minimum 5 years of financial industry experience and relationship management
-
Knowledge of federal (FINRA) and state (Insurance) requirements preferred.

Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong communication and polished and professional presentation skills
-
Excellent client service and relationship management skills and concierge-level service experience

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where attention to detail and responsiveness are critical.

Proven ability to provide a white-glove service experience to internal and external stakeholders.

This is a non-exempt position with Travel and Overtime Required

Must be able to come into one of the locations listed when not traveling
Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this position is $35.09- $47.59 per hour plus an opportunity to earn an annualized discretionary bonus. The role is overtime eligible. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
