Territory Sales Representative

Your Role

As a Territory Sales Representative for Curbell Medical, you will manage and grow a designated territory through account development, prospecting, consultative selling, and strategic territory planning. You will develop relationships with leading hospital systems in your assigned territory. Responsibilities include executing annual territory sales plans, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, conducting product presentations, utilizing CRM tools, collaborating across departments, and achieving growth objectives.

You're the Right Fit If

  • You’re a prospector and hunter, with a growth-mindset, who will run their territory like it’s your own business; and you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 2 years of prospecting or business development sales experience.

  • Proven success developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.

  • Strong territory management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • A Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Work Environment

In-office position based in Orchard Park, NY with hybrid flexibility after six months. Enjoy the opportunity, to engage customers across diverse markets, with occasional air travel required to support accounts in both metropolitan and rural communities throughout your assigned territory.
