Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will partner closely with enablement teams and stakeholders to support program delivery, readiness, launch activities, reporting, continuous improvement, and end-to-end execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong independent project ownership, cross-functional stakeholder management, and operational/data proficiency—aligning successfully in a highly matrixed environment.

Pay Range: $48/hr to $50/hr on W2
What's the Job?

Own assigned talent projects end to end—from kickoff through close—by managing workback plans, milestones, assets, operating rhythms, status reporting, and early escalation of issues with recommended solutions in partnership with the FTE owner.

Execute landing and field enablement plans for talent programs across CSAM and CSA, including office hours, working sessions, readiness activities, and other launch touchpoints in partnership with the P&L Enablement Team and the FTE program owner.

Develop and maintain manager guides, playbooks, landing materials, FAQs, SharePoint content, and recurring field communications aligned to the broader organization communications rhythm.

Run the feedback loop for aligned talent programs by triaging input, tracking issues through closure, identifying recurring themes, and translating insights into future planning cycles.

Support program operations, data, and tooling by helping maintain capability scoring data quality and Power BI reporting, and partnering with engineering teams to identify automation and process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
-
Project management experience (3+ years), including independent ownership of work from planning through launch and close.

SharePoint and Power BI proficiency (3+ years), with the ability to maintain resources and support reporting and data quality.

Experience creating or maintaining enablement content (3+ years), such as guides, playbooks, FAQs, and field-facing materials.

Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and coordinating across multiple stakeholders without day-to-day direction.

Strong judgment and communication skills to resolve execution issues independently and escalate when priorities, scope, or approvals require the FTE lead.
