Bring Pilates Beyond the Studio

Love Pilates, but also believe clients should be strong enough for real life?

GYMGUYZ San Francisco & Marin is looking for a Pilates Strength Instructor who can blend Pilates-based movement with functional strength training to help clients become stronger, more mobile, and more confident.

You’ll coach clients one-on-one in their homes, apartment gyms, and private fitness facilities—bringing personalized fitness directly to them.

No fighting for reformers. No packed studio classes. Just great coaching. 😉

Who You’ll Work With

Our clients include busy professionals, women building strength and confidence, older adults, beginners, and clients looking to improve core strength, mobility, balance, posture, and overall fitness.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver personalized Pilates-inspired strength and fitness sessions

  • Incorporate core stability, mobility, balance, and functional strength

  • Adapt workouts to each client’s goals and fitness level

  • Help beginners feel comfortable and confident with exercise

  • Track progress and build lasting client relationships

  • Represent GYMGUYZ with professionalism, energy, and positivity

We’re Looking for Someone Who

You love the precision and mind-body connection of Pilates—but you’re also comfortable picking up a dumbbell.

You’re personable, encouraging, reliable, and able to make fitness approachable for clients who may not consider themselves “gym people.”

Qualifications

Required: Current Pilates instructor certification and/or nationally accredited Personal Training certification; CPR/AED certification; reliable transportation; and strong communication skills.

Preferred: Experience with mat Pilates, strength or functional fitness, women’s fitness, older adults, beginners, or private one-on-one coaching. Personal Training certification is a strong plus.

Why GYMGUYZ?

Get the flexibility of independent-style coaching with the support of an established fitness brand. You’ll work with premium clients, receive ongoing training and development, and have opportunities to grow as our San Francisco & Marin team expands.

If you believe Pilates builds the foundation and strength helps clients use it, we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and bring Pilates, strength, and personalized coaching directly to our clients.
