Long Term Substitute — Teaching Assistant

Pashley Elementary School

The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Long Term Substitute - Teaching Assistant to support students at Pashley Elementary School.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom instruction, implementing student accommodations, reinforcing learning activities, supervising students, and helping to maintain a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative educational team.

  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
