Job Description:
-
Participate in healthcare leadership training through observing and supporting executives and leadership teams.
-
Develop and implement strategies that drive improvements in clinical outcomes, patient experience, financial performance, and organizational mission.
-
Assume interim leadership assignments, including supervisory responsibility and direct team leadership.
-
Collaborate with diverse, multi‑disciplinary teams across business units and corporate offices.
-
Lead and manage assigned projects.
-
Develop healthcare business and leadership expertise by participating in leadership and professional development programs, including executive coaching and mentorship.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Teams, Excel, and Outlook [Required]

Proven leadership expertise, experience, and success in other industries or professions, with the ability to apply transferable experience to healthcare management. [Required]

Strong written and verbal communication skills. [Required]

Demonstrated collaboration skills. [Required]

Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. [Required]

Demonstrated leadership expertise [Preferred]
Education:

Bachelor's [Required]

Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:

Bachelor's in Business, Management, Clinical, Research or Medical Professions, Military Leadership, Education or Religious, faith‑based organizational leadership.

Master's in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of professional work experience [Required]
Additional Information:

For clinicians or medical professionals entering the Fellowship, appropriate licensure, registration, or certification should be maintained, as applicable [Preferred]

An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of professional experience [Required] OR
-
Master's Degree and 3+ years of professional experience [Required]

$55,224.00 - $102,731.20
