Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting public sector organizations. This role will be responsible for building scalable applications, enhancing business processes, and delivering innovative solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities, with a primary focus on Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow automation.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering Salesforce solutions in government or public sector environments and can collaborate effectively with architects, administrators, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• 3+ years of experience supporting Public Sector or Government organizations.

• Strong hands-on experience with: Apex Classes and Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flow Builder SOQL and SOSL Salesforce APIs and Integrations Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Permissions, and Security Model

• Experience building scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.

• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management processes.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
