Job Summary

Responsible for all clinic and academy activities specific to designated sporting specialty. Manage the daily activities of all sporting skill development, scheduling of facilities and court/field time. Responsibilities also include instruction and preparation of curriculum for skill training and successful growth of all aspects of the academy.

Oversee all levels of skill development and must be well-versed in all phases of teaching specific designated sporting skills.

Possess strong administrative skills to ensure the teaching of established program objectives consistently throughout the academy. Must be able to effectively schedule practices, workouts, clinics, camps and tournaments, and communicate effectively with parents, athletes and Sanford Sports administration.

Must be flexible to cover training hours at any time of day, which could include weekends and holidays. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. In lieu of degree, may consider six years applicable work experience.

Minimum of two years skills training and/or coaching experience.
