Manufacturing Operations Support 2 37594537 * Hourly pay: $26/hr * Worksite: Leading electronics testing company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support 2 to support the production of thin film circuits by performing fabrication, testing, and separation processes while ensuring product quality and consistency in a precision manufacturing environment. Manufacturing Operations Support 2 Responsibilities: * Perform fabrication, testing, and separation of thin film circuits while maintaining the quality and consistency of products for internal and external customers. * Operate manufacturing equipment including masking, etching, bonding, probe stations, microscopes, and cameras for setup and visual verification while following strict quality standards. * Handle delicate substrates and circuit materials with precision, maintaining attention to detail, steady hand movements, and proper processing techniques throughout production. * Work closely with engineering, trainers, operators, and a production coordinator while independently contributing to production goals, quality objectives, and continuous skill development. * Follow established manufacturing procedures, work in an ESD-controlled environment, and communicate concerns through the appropriate chain of command. Manufacturing Operations Support 2 Qualifications: * Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. * Ability to work in an ESD environment. * Ability to handle and process delicate materials in circuit or substrate form. * Proficient computer skills. Shift: * 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. (H)
