Description
Our client is seeking an organized, proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, efficient work environment. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination for administrative functions, vendor relationships, office logistics, and employee support while helping drive operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.

Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
-
Serve as the primary contact for vendors, building management, and service providers.
-
Support leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and special projects.
-
Oversee onboarding logistics for new employees, including workspace setup and office orientation.
-
Maintain office policies, procedures, and organizational records.
-
Monitor office budgets, approve invoices, and reconcile expenses.
-
Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
-
Assist with HR-related administrative functions, including employee records and compliance documentation.
-
Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of office management, administrative management, or related experience.
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Experience managing vendors, office budgets, and facilities preferred.
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Customer-service mindset and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting executive leadership teams.

Human Resources or payroll administration experience.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Experience with ERP, HRIS, or office management software.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or business operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Experience coordinating vendors, managing office supplies, and overseeing facility-related needs.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving workplace issues.

Experience processing invoices, expense reports, and office budgets preferred.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with employees, leadership, and external partners.

Experience supporting HR functions, employee onboarding, or executive leadership is a plus.

Familiarity with ERP, HRIS, or office management software is preferred.
