MuleSoft Architect / Senior Developer - INTL India

Job Description

Design, architect, and develop scalable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Lead API strategy, governance, and best practices across multiple business and technology teams. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks. Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans. Build integrations between cloud and on-premises applications, databases, and third-party systems. Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and provide technical mentorship to development teams. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and API performance issues. Define and enforce API standards, security protocols, versioning strategies, and documentation practices. Support CI/CD processes and deployment automation for integration solutions.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of software development and integration experience. 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience. Proven experience architecting and implementing enterprise API ecosystems. Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Design Center, Exchange, and Runtime Manager. Previous experience with Apigee OR significant experience designing and building enterprise-scale APIs. Strong hands-on coding experience developing RESTful APIs and integration services. Experience with API-led connectivity architecture and integration best practices. Experience integrating cloud-based and on-premise applications. Strong understanding of API security, OAuth, JWT, authentication, authorization, and governance frameworks. Ability to function as both a technical architect and senior-level developer. Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and technical leadership MuleSoft Architect or MuleSoft Developer Certifications. Experience with microservices architecture. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms. Experience leading integration modernization or digital transformation initiatives
