Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Description

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels
• Create audience growth strategies and attract users to the platform
• Develop content and social media initiatives to drive engagement and awareness
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on conversion, acquisition, and engagement metrics
• Track customer journey and conversational flow data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Utilize internal analytics tools to assess platform health and marketing effectiveness
• Partner closely with product teams to provide customer insights and feedback
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and channel recommendations
• Test new campaign concepts, content strategies, and growth initiatives
• Present campaign performance, ROI metrics, and strategic recommendations to leadership Analyze market trends and customer behavior to influence future marketing initiatives

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of hands on marketing experience in a B2C environment

• Proven experience creating, launching, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns from strategy through execution

• Strong expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing platforms

• Experience working in marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer facing platforms

• Experience driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through paid and organic channels

• Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and clearly articulate ROI, conversion metrics, revenue impact, and campaign success data Strong understanding of consumer behavior and audience segmentation

• Automotive industry experience

• Experience marketing products supporting vehicle purchasing, selling, dealer networks, or automotive marketplaces

• Familiarity with AI products, agentic AI, or AI-assisted marketing tools

• Experience launching or scaling a new product in the U.S. market

• Experience working with channel partners, dealerships, or commercial partnerships

• Previous experience building viral or highly shareable marketing campaigns Team leadership experience or interest in potentially leading a future marketing team
