Job Description
Our client is seeking an early-career Product Specialist to support the Product Management team responsible for its Maintenance & Inspections platform. This role serves as the operational right hand to Product Managers, helping maintain product backlogs, document features, coordinate customer feedback, perform acceptance testing, and support product releases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in Product Management while working closely with engineering, support, implementation, and leadership teams.
Skills and Requirements

0-1 years of professional experience (internship experience acceptable) in Product, Business Analysis, Operations, QA, Technical Support, Project Coordination, or a related field.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation and requirements.

Demonstrated ability to learn complex systems quickly and work independently. Interest in a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth into Product Management.

Internship or professional experience supporting Product Management teams.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar collaboration tools.

Exposure to QA testing, software testing, or release validation activities.

Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation.

Familiarity with facilities management, work order systems, inspections, public sector, education, or municipal organizations. Exposure to SQL, Figma, or other product-related tools.
