Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Deepwater Completions Operations Supervisor to lead the planning, readiness, and execution of offshore completion operations. This individual will coordinate suppliers, manage operational risk, oversee equipment readiness, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of completion programs.

Skills and Requirements

  • Must be in New Orleans, LA or Houston, TX
  • 5+ years of deepwater completions field supervision experience
  • Strong knowledge of completion equipment, testing, loadouts, and offshore execution
  • Experience managing service providers and operational readiness
  • Ability to identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Willingness to travel offshore and to supplier facilities
  • HUET, TWIC, and IWCF/IADC certifications (or ability to obtain)
  • Engineering degree
  • Completion service provider or equipment supplier experience
  • Deepwater wellsite leadership background
  • Strong HSSE, QA/QC, and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience leading RCFA investigations and operational improvement initiatives
