Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. Based on eligibility.

Where You Will Work

Atrium Health Jeff Gordon Children's Foundation Pediatric Infusion Center is located in the Medical Center Plaza building in Charlotte, NC. In the infusion center we administer chemotherapy, blood and platelet transfusions, IVIG, biologic therapies, enzyme replacement treatments, and supportive care such as IV hydration, antibiotics, and iron infusions, supporting patients across specialties including hematology/oncology, immunology, gastroenterology, neurology, and rheumatology. This infusion center also has a procedural suite in which we complete lumbar punctures, bone marrow aspirations, and sedated IUD placement. We are committed to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and improving outcomes for the patients and families we serve. The infusion center is open 7 days a week from 0800-1800.

We’re Looking For We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Ideal candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence, nursing excellence, and adaptability, with a passion for making a meaningful impact within our organization and in the lives of patients and families.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Current certification in BLS required; PALS to be obtained after hire
• Oncology experience preferred
• Proficiency in IV and central line access and management preferred
• APHON chemotherapy/biotherapy provider status prior to or obtained after hire
• CPHON certification preferred

Position Details: Full time- 4- 10 hour shifts. Day shift hours with weekend requirements.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
