Position: Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Division: Ransohoff
Department: Manufacturing
Reports To: Shipping/Receiving Supervisor
Exemption Classification: Hourly, Non-exempt
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and keep operations moving like a well-oiled machine? Join our fast-paced manufacturing team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk and play a key role in the lifeblood of our company — logistics, inventory, and materials management!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage inventory and stock room — issue materials, track quantities, and maintain stock levels

Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments from vendors and customer-supplied inventory

Safely operate forklifts and cranes to load and unload trucks

Prepare, pack, and ship items accurately and efficiently

Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area

Keep records of returned or leftover materials

Support the team and train new hires as needed
What You Bring:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
2–3 years of hands-on factory or warehouse experience
-
Certified forklift operator (or willingness to become certified)
-
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted (and more with equipment help)

Basic math and reasoning skills
-
Strong communication and teamwork mindset
Physical & Work Environment:
-
Stand for extended periods on concrete flooring
-
Work in a traditional shop environment — noise, temperature changes, and occasional fumes
-
Ability to bend, climb, kneel, crawl, and more as needed

PPE and safety gear provided and required
Shift & Schedule:
-
Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm; Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Overtime required — up to 50–60 hours/week
