About the Role: ComForCare Home Health Care - Clarksville is looking for a compassionate and skilled Caregiver trained in Hoyer Lift operation to join their dedicated team in Clarksville, TN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who depend on quality, hands-on care every day.

We are looking for a Caregiver who is skilled in Hoyer lIft. Please call the office after you apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Hoyer Lift and other transfer equipment to assist clients with mobility and positioning

  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

  • Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence and dignity

  • Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Build trusting, compassionate relationships with clients and their families

  • Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in accordance with company standards

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience and training with Hoyer Lift and mechanical transfer devices required

  • Prior caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or certified nursing assistant (CNA) experience preferred

  • Ability to assist with transfers, repositioning, and physical patient handling

  • Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Clarksville, TN area

  • Must pass background check and drug screening

  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
